RESI STAY Heart

Great location under ten minutes' walk from the station, but nice and quiet. Washing machine and kitchenette in our room and also washers and dryers downstairs, and a nice common area with kitchen and lounge. Luggage storage before and after stay.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at RESI Stay Heart. The hotel is very nice, clean and modern and provided all the amenities for our party of 5 adults. The room we stayed in was very spacious for Japanese hotel room standards - it was designed more like a studio apartment. It included a small kitchenette and a washer/dryer, plus a few household items that made you feel like you were renting your own apartment in the heart of Kyoto. The wifi worked great, the room was supplied with a dehumidifier (which helped when we did laundry) and there was an onsite laundromat if we needed more. We all slept comfortably and had enough space to spread out/ have our luggage everywhere (5 carry-ons, 3 backpacks). The bathroom was also pretty large with a vanity that allowed for 3 of us girls to get ready at the same time. I am very much a bougie traveler and this place was very clean and put together. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful with all our inquires too. I really liked the flexibility to move around freely. My biggest plus is that the hotel worked with us for late check-in as we would be arriving after the front desk closed. They made it super easy for me to have our keys and room ready for when we arrived! Check-out was super easy as well. I love a hassle free stay. In addition, the location is perfect. Just a 7min walk from Kyoto station with plenty of food (Japanese and western)/drink/shopping options all near by. It was also really easy for our Ubers to collect us and drop us off.

Location was great, easy walk to the main train station, a bus stop around the corner and it was located on a really quiet street, Facilities were great, free laundry, large kitchen and good size rooms with a proper bathroom.

It's on a quiet side street close to shops and convenience stores. Kinoie is clean and comfortable with both standard beds and futon beds, full air conditioning, washer & dryer, and a well appointed kitchen with all major appliances. There are lots of thoughtful amenities like toiletries, coffee, and even free ramen. The staff are friendly and kind, too! Oh, and there is free Wi-Fi, too.
